Needs Assessment Project

The Needs Assessment is a project to review the factors that impact workplace performance as a first step towards identifying staff and leadership development opportunities for employees in these offices.

The impetus for the project comes from strategic planning work conducted under the auspices of the Vice President for Administration (VPA).  With a change in University organization that became effective February 1, those units are now divided between, and in some cases report jointly to, the new position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and to the Vice President for Planning and Administration (VPPA).  Therefore, the VPPA and CFO have agreed to jointly sponsor the remainder of the Needs Assessment project.
